Founded in 1891, 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ is one of the largest and oldest independent nonprofit law schools in the United States. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ operates under a charter granted by the Board of Regents of the State of New York. The J.D. program is fully approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) through its Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, and by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ is also a member of the Association of American Law Schools. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ’s curriculum is registered with and approved by the New York State Education Department.
