The School is a member of the Association of American Law Schools. and its curriculum is registered with and approved by the New York State Education Department.

Founded in 1891, 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓÆµ is one of the largest and oldest independent nonprofit law schools in the United States. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓÆµ operates under a charter granted by the Board of Regents of the State of New York. The J.D. program is fully approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) through its Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, and by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓÆµ is also a member of the Association of American Law Schools. 51´«Ã½ÔÚÏßÊÓÆµâ€™s curriculum is registered with and approved by the New York State Education Department.
